Voluntary Sector



Express Language Solutions has developed a long term relationship with a number of voluntary sector organisations:

  • Various regional offices of a major refugee and asylum charity where we facilitate communications with their clients both face-to-face and also over the telephone.
  • A national children’s charity has where their needs include specific interpreters linked to cases, short-term notice appointment booking and follow-up.

Express Language Solutions also work with third sector organisations within particularly sensitive areas, including domestic violence.

We ensure that all our interpreters are respectful and discrete when dealing in the voluntary sector, whether providing face-to-face interpreting or via the telephone and our interpreters are CRB checked and have Enhanced CRB Disclosures.

Express Language Solutions’ clients have also benefitted from practical training on “How to Work with Interpreters”.
